Lump sugar palm is a kind of rock sugar made from the palmyra sap which is extracted from the flower of Palmyra palm.  Lump sugar palm crystals are much smaller than you might get with cane/beet sugar and has a light brown colour.Lump sugar is made by tapping the sap from the inflorescence of the palm tree. Boiling it and until it becomes a syrup. Then allow to solid it.Research shows that palm sugar contains higher levels of vitamins, minerals, and nutrients than other sugars.
